I chose the highest contrast to the % black I used, which was lime green to get the contrast across, I put emphasis on the kayak by making a vector shape as the base of the Y, which is also the middle letter, On both sides it is balanced with same and equal amount of letters.
I changed the balance by adding on top and bottom, mirrored, aswell as mirroring the A and K on right side of the word. Emphasis has now shifter to the work kayak due to that balance I think.
